Please help us, each donation, even the smallest, helps a street dog in Romania. The dogs' situation is horrible, most animals are sick and close to starvation!
We are a NGO that is active in Piatra Neamt, Romania. Our goal is the improvement of the street dogs' situation in the region. We manage a dog shelter in Piatra Neamt, where the dogs get medical treatments and are fed. In our shelter there are about 250 dogs that we take care of.
Once dogs come into the shelter, we socialize them and try to find caring homes or foster places for them in Romania and other European countries. When a dog is adopted, another poor soul
from the streets can take its place in the shelter.
We need steady donations, for buying food, for vaccinations and other medical primary care and for paying the bills of a veterinary clinic in Bucharest, where emergencies are treated.
Additionally, our main focus is the castration of all dogs in the region of Piatra Neamt to decrease the population sustainably.
Please help - because animal protection does not stop at the border!
