Friends of Jeeva Jothi Indien e.V. supports the reopening of the orphanage in coimbatore

S. Pfau from Friends of Jeeva Jothi Indien e.V.Write a message

The orphanage run by the organisation "Jeeva Jothi Trust" in Coimbatoire, Tamil Nadu, had to shut down last year due to tighter formal regulations by the state government, increasing pressure on private run orphanages. The long-term informal and voluntary operation of the orphanage by the singh family and friends now must be replaced by full-time staff members and the former coumpound needs to be renovated extensively (compound wall, saniation, seperate sleeping buildings,...)

For these reasons the organisation needs to rent a different home to continue their work. In this special condition we want to support jeeva jothi to manage the interim time until they can stand on their own feet again.
