Vision
Citizens perceive themselves as active participators in their society. They proactively get engaged to solve social challenges by starting their own projects.
Mission
ProjectTogether enables people to realize their ideas for the common good.
By starting a project, they take responsibility for their environment.
Furthermore by exploring their own motives and executing their ideas, project founders gain senses of achievement with regard to shaping their society. Personal coaching helps to change their mindsets from indifference to active participation.
Action
ProjectTogether is the first contact point to start a social project. Most people do not dare to pick up their ideas and to put them into practice, because they lack confidence. By personal guidance we make it very easy to get started with a social idea. That is why ProjectTogether provides telephone coaching with a very low threshold. The coaching is free and does not require any application. A new project founder is coached by former experienced and successful ones. Since we support social projects at the very early stage, this coaching does not include more than eight sessions. Each session targets to make the first steps easier by providing motivation and structure in order to transform fragile ideas into stable projects.
Social Impact
ProjectTogether has supported more than 180 initiatives at the early stage so far. More than 30 volunteers are running ProjectTogether as an organization. Most volunteers spend more than 10 hours a week contributing to ProjectTogether. These 180 initiatives have reached about 15.000 people and their goals.
