Yadavpur is village which is located in India's poorest state Bihar. Almost 70% of Bihar's population lives below the poverty line, so do the people of Yadavpur.
They lack in infrastructure, education, health care and nutrition.

We, a German non-profit registered society called "Muskaan - Lächeln für Indien" (engl.: Muskaan - Smile for India), are running a non-formal education and health center in Yadavpur. Our aim is to give the people a change for a better life and to cover up the lack of health care and education in Yadavpur.

Another result of poverty in Yadavpur is malnutrition.
We want to fight malnutrition and thath's why we want to serve a daily well-balanced lunch for 70 children between classes in our school
