Schau mal wie kalt es ist // Look how cold it is

 

 Diese Kleine Bartfledermaus hing am Außenthermometer am Haus unserer Tierärztin. Offenbar wollte sie mitteilen, dass es draußen viel zu kalt ist zum Jagen, da nicht genug Insekten fliegen. Wir hoffen sehr, dass die Temperaturen nun endlich wärmer werden und die Fledermäuse gute Chancen bei der Jagd haben. https://www.bund-fledermauszentrum-hannover.de/mitmachen-oder-helfen/  

This Myotis mystacinus bat was hanging on the outside thermometer at our vet's house. Apparently she wanted to say that it's far too cold outside to hunt because there aren't enough insects flying. We very much hope that the temperatures will finally get warmer and that the bats will have a good chance for hunting insects.
