Elgon Youth Development Centre, since it started operations in 2009 supporting at risk children live a better through music empowerment and hand skills to give them a sense of worth, increase their ability to manage difficult emotions and elicit positive social behavior aiming at reviving their hopes and creating opportunities for each one of them to be skilled, sufficient and productive.
Elgon Youth Development Centre has been operating in Mbale, Eastern Uganda for the last five and half years. The organization could be considered as being in its infancy however it has undertaken and completed a number tasks and helped many young people in Mbale live better lives and supported the needy to raise funds and awareness during times of need. As part of EYDC's initiative to grow and increase awareness of the plight of hundreds of young people struggling daily without proper food, shelter and education; the organization is looking for Business Partners who are keen to raise their corporate responsibility and raise their profile.
