Ein Hoch auf unsere kreativen, sansibarischen Part

Mit diesem Blog wollen wir uns ganz herzlich bei Irene und Lars bedanken. Noch ein Prozent für das Material der Strasse zur Entbindungsstation in Chukwani und dann ist es geschafft. Das Leben in Sansibar ist zur Zeit wirklich schwierig. Es gibt immer noch keinen Strom. Unsere Partner machen allerdings das beste daraus. Auf dem Dach von drei Schulen der Insel wurden im letzten Sommer mit Hilfe der RAA Brandenburg Solarpanele installiert. Letzte Woche schrieb Muya, ein Mitglied von Twende Zanzibar per email an uns:

"..., I am quite sure that you are doing fine as well as we do here in Zanzibar. As you know that Zanzibar is facing a big problem of electricity for more than one month, its terrible,but it is lucky for Bambi (ein Dorf im Zentrum der Insel) because we are now benefit fully with solar power. We at this time use solar for many purposes including office use, night study. We have also established a small project..., we are now CHARGING THE MOBILE PHONES for three hundred TSh (1€ is 1800 TSh) for each and we earn nearly 15,000 a day.we had some problem with the solar but we found the it came because cloud season and a heavy load of phone and other uses. We now minimize the load whenever the sun is not sufficient.We have nearly 200,000 from this project and intend to repair our computer room and broken machines like printer, computer and to buy INK and A4 papers.
