That’s exactly what JoinPolitics does.

If, like many, you don’t fully identify with any political party, JoinPolitics offers a non-partisan platform that fills this gap. That’s why we want to support this organization onwards, as we are convinced that JoinPolitics provides the greatest leverage to truly make a difference for our democracy.

Trust in our democracy is fading. Despite that the federal election being just weeks away, over 50% of Germans don’t trust any party to address the country’s challenges. Yet it is clear that our society needs people who have the courage to face the great social challenges in these critical times.

The non-profit JoinPolitics gGmbH supports these individuals - young talents with ideas for politics of tomorrow - through an innovative and non-partisan incubator model. Since 2019, they have supported over 40 talents, many of whom now sit in parliaments or have initiated legislation that improves the lives of millions.

In the year of the 2025 federal election, we want to support more than 25 talents - more than ever before - on their journey.
We connect them non-partisanly with each other and with our network of experienced fellows. Financial support varies by program: Talents focused on a candidacy receive high-quality mentoring and training formats (including accommodation and travel expenses). Talents with specific innovation projects are supported with material, equipment, personnel costs, and, if needed, a living stipend.
