Dear Friends,
We, Caritas Mariana Holy Family Children’s Home write to request for medical financial assistance for 14 years old girl in our home by name Purity Waithera who has been diagnosed with Odontogenic Myxoma: a mixed tumor in the maxilla with hard and soft component. She has been scheduled to undergo a surgery operation on the 12th of November, 2012 at the Kenyatta National hospital for the cost of 165,000ksh. Purity is the first child in a family of three siblings; she lost her father at the age of 7 with only her widowed mother to take care of her and her siblings. She was admitted in our children’s home as a vulnerable child because of the inability of her mother to take care of her and her siblings.
Meanwhile, considering our huge responsibility of taking care of 70 children of various ages, it is very difficult for us to foot the bill of this surgery. Up till now Caritas Mariana Holy Family Children’s Home have not been able to raise the money for the surgery on the 12th of November. Hence we are knocking on the hearts of kind individuals who are willing to contribute for the cost of the medical treatment for this young aspiring young girl, who has been full of life. Your support would mean a lot in saving the life of this girl child and we will forever be grateful to you.
