It's the third quarter of 2022 and I'm glad to announce that we continue to support 42 students at Tweyambe Secondary School. With regards to the solar technology we experienced a few delays due to the global logistic hassle but my Rotarian friend, Prof. Wolfgang Schade, just let me know that a ship with a container full of equipment will leave for the shores of Tansania next week. The Mini Grid container will provide both solar energy as well as clean water to the school. This will reduce the use of diesel generators and the CO2 footprint of the school. And the clean water will help to keep students healthy.
