With the fLotte project, the ADFC Berlin is already providing over 170 free cargo bikes in and around Berlin, together with various partners. These include, above all, the Berlin districts or the BENN offices, as well as private providers such as Alnatura, Denn's, bookshops, cafés and many more.
For this fundraising campaign, we are using muscle power to bring a new cargo bike from the manufacturer in Copenhagen directly to Berlin (completely CO₂-neutral). We want to collect money in order to be able to provide even more new and free cargo bikes for all Berliners.
We are also doing this to raise awareness of the benefits and quality of cargo bikes in general. When you arrive at our destination, the bike is integrated into the fLotte fleet and can be booked for free. In this way, we want to continue the change in urban mobility in Berlin.
