About us
Kindertreff JoJo, is a social work project initiated by Der Kinderschutzbund Ortsverband Dresden e.V. Our educational program addresses children from 6 to 14 years and their families. We work inside our kids club as well as on the nearby playgrounds and offer playful, sporty and creative activities, which are created to support the children within their individual und social development. Further on we advise and help the children and their families where ever help is needed and affordable. We focus on healthy nourishment (educational cooking), the childrens' participation (Kids' Council) and on the childrens' topics and interests. With it we support the children and their families during challenging situations in their lives. To implement our mission and our programs in a professional way and with high quality standards, next to the financial support of the city of Dresden, we depend on the support of external donors.

Frühling
Nachdem sich der Winter nun offensichtlich endgültig verabschiedet hat, begrüßen wir hier in der Dresdner Johannstadt nun den Frühling. Neben dem vielen Vogelgezwitscher und den ergrünenden Pflanzen heißt das für unser JoJo Team aber vor allem, dass wir endlich wieder in die praktische Umsetzung unseres Projektes einsteigen können. Konkret heißt das, dass in den nächsten Wochen der Rest unserer Trockenmauern erneuert wird, damit wir bald mit der professionellen Begrünung und den Mosaikarbeiten beginnen können. Wir freuen uns alle schon sehr darauf!!! Interessierte sind wie immer herzlich eingeladen, uns tatkräftig oder moralisch zu unterstützen ;)
