Volunteer foundation Nepal Children's Homes provides Emergency Shelter home Shelter for orphans, victims of natural disaster, children of conflict and children who are forced to live in prison with their parents. The shelter is a 24-hour intake facility.
With the assistance of volunteers we aim to provide a homely, supportive and safe environment for impoverished children. To give children the opportunity to learn and grow so that they can become a part of the community and our society as a whole. In return the volunteers will gain experience and fulfillment.we have the following volunteer projects: orphanage program, home-stay and cultural programs, teaching at a monastery, environmental and sanitation awareness, working in agricultural fields, health program, and community building placements.
Our placements give volunteers the chance to experience the real Nepal lifestyle and culture. They can use their skills and experience to develop the project and therefore making a contribution towards Nepal society. In return they have the chance to gain new skills, learn about another culture and have a truly unforgettable experience.
We can provide quality, friendly and supportive placements for volunteers and we require your assistance in gaining regular volunteers. We require this consistency of volunteers so our projects have regular support and can progress.
I hope that in the future, we can work together to achieve our common aims.
