About us
We focus our work on creating the basis for opportunities and intercultural understanding. This includes ensuring that everyone’s human rights are respected. We do this by enabling a wide range of different projects, which are in line with the three causes that guide our work: children’s education, women empowerement and community development. We work together with children, parents, communities, and organizations as partners to mobilize around the common goal of creating opportunitites that are equal for everyone.
We created the Pre-School for children and Literacy School for women in Duar Anzal and have been working together with the community for the past 6 years. In this Berber village, we enabled the construction of a water well, which functions using a solar pump, and have realized different workshops engaging with environmental and health issues.

Die Hospitality Academy ist gestartet
Es ist soweit - nach 6 Monaten Vorbereitungszeit hat die ABURY Hospitality Academy am 01.09.2025 ihre Tore eröffnet. In der Bildergalerie seht ihr die ersten Bilder. Wir haben 16 junge Frauen zwischen 18 und 28 Jahren als Studentinnen aufgenommen - 5 aus Marrakesch, 11 aus Dörfern, die bis zu 2 Stunden von Marrakesch entfernt sind. Wir haben eine wunderbare Direktorin gefunden - Hajiba - selbst 28 Jahre alt, mit viel Erfahrung im Bereich Women Empowerment Projekte in ländlichen Gegenden. Ausserdem gibt es viel Lehrer - Mona, Englischlehrerin, Oumaima, Personal Development, Rkia - Housekeeping und Taib - Computertraining. Ausserdem haben wir in der Emerging Business Factory einen wunderbaren, großen Schulraum angemietet und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Jetzt geht es richtig los - seid Ihr mit dabei?
