About us

The association Ethictrain e.V. offers children and young people an appreciative and connecting
community. Children and young people need protective places where they can find their own
personality and being empowered, learning with challenging situations
to deal with in order to use these resources to increase their resilience. Many of them need
help, protection, security and support from adults and togetherness,
which strengthens them preventively. The need for this target group increased in the recent time.
Our goal is to improve children's and young adult's (up to the end of secondary school) self-esteem and to build and consolidate.
Through the combination of group and individual coaching by a trained Coach participants experience (over a period of usually between 4-6 months) a lasting strengthening of their own personality.
