betterSoil e. V. is committed to improving our soils globally. We help farmers in Germany and globally to build up humus in the soil and to bind carbon in the process.
The work of betterSoil is based on 4 principles: compost, biochar, agroforestry and soil management.
betterSoil has a strong team of committed young professionals in Kenya, Iran, Malawi and Germany.
The association in Germany supports the international betterSoil offices in developing business models so that local soil partnerships can be profitable and scaled up in the long term.
