About us
Albinism Awareness Foundation (AAF) is a charitable organization registered under section 12(2) of the NGO Act no. 24 of 2002 with a view to supporting the efforts and initiatives of the Government of Tanzania that aim at creating awareness and addressing social and economic issues pertaining to persons with albinism in Tanzania.
OUR FOCUS AREA
1. We create awareness to the public about the truth of albinism
2. We support economic empowerment of persons with albinism through skills training and establishing economic project for them.
3. AAF is also committed to protect people with albinism from skin cancer by providing them woth sunscreen lotions, hats with brims, pay for their skin clinics and providing them with other protective gears such as monocular, sunglasses etc.
