About us
Help Liberia Foundation Community School, a primary school established in 2005 in the West African nation of Liberia, is located in the town of Buchanan, which is about 113km from Monrovia, Liberia's Capital City. The school primarily serves underprivileged children, children whose parents are either poor, unemployed or low-income earners. We started with about 30 kids and, now, there are about 150 children. Besides the academic program, we introduced a typing program in order to provide the kids with the opportunity of getting some vocational skills in the process. We would like to introduce other programs at the appropriate time.
