About us

TLC Ministries is a home for abandoned babies begun in the early 1990s by a suburban family. The organisation and the family has grown allot over the years. TLC cares for 40 babies at any time finding homes for them both locally and internationally. The founding family have adopted a number of their own over the years. Thea Jarvis, founder and executive director cares for around 25 children as her own and has 5 grown children all actively involved in TLC. Joanna Jones, her eldest daughter has adopted 4 children and has one of her own. To be continued...
