About us
Talant supports people with disabilities to explore their own opportunities for gainful employment. Herewith, Talant promotes the inclusion of people with disabilities in a working life that respects individual differences and promotes equal rights to work. Every person has the strength to develop and improve their personal situation, but also their own responsibility in achieving their goals.
Our work is organised in two departments; a Social Department where people with disabilities are encouraged and counseled to use and develop their talents. And a Production Department where people are taught a professional trade in producing interiors made of wood and metal.
