About us

A community based non profit development that aims at addressing the wholeness of life in context of the development needs of the needs of disadvantaged groups and individuals especially children,youth and women.HCDI's focus is to facilitate and enhance the development of the capacities of the individuals and groups so that each life we work with may be touched in a way that improves the quality of life and thus promote the wellbeing of the individual and the community.HCDI's challenge is to facilitate development of peoples' capacities and enable them to experience life in all its fulness.Our goal is to facilitate and support individuals and groups to access the neccesary resources-skills and services they need to make informed decisions,meet their basic needs,secure their livelihoods,live dignified lives and participate effectively in social and economic development processes.
