About us
The Venance Care Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization, which was founded by Venance Marc Shayo in Arusha, Tanzania. After facing several hardships in life, Venance decided to dedicate himself to children who come from difficult environments or who are suffering from illnesses and disabilites. The Foundation follows its goal to enable those children to visit preschool and daycare. In Tanzania, many children from poor backgrounds are not able to attend school due to high school fees the parents can not pay for. Children with disabilites or illnesses like HIV face stigmatization and rarely get the support they need. In consequence of dramatic malnutrition, many children are underweight. The Venance Care Foundation therefore provides nutricious porridge. Currently, 35 children at the age of 3-6 years (preschool) and 24 babies / toddlers at the age of 0-3 years (daycare) visit the Foundation.

Für diese Bedarfe habe ich eine (Teil-)Auszahlung veranlasst:
Die gesammelten 50€ werden (zusammen mit den restlichen Spendengeldern) benutzt, um für das nächste halbe Jahr die Miete für ein zweites Gebäude, einen Wasserfilter aus Tin für frisches Wasser, Schulbänke auf denen alle Kinder Platz haben, sowie ein Regal für Schulmaterialien zu bezahlen. Weiterhin soll wöchentlich zusätzlich zu dem Porridge Obst und Gemüse angeboten werden. Mitsamt der kompletten Spenden, die hier gesammelt wurden, kann der Kindergarten für ein halbes Jahr aufrecht erhalten werden. Aber natürlich bleiben wir weiter dran, um nach den 6 Monaten weiterhin zu helfen!
