Becky's Home Foundation-Ghana
managed by S. Asiedu
About us
Becky’s Home is a program run by Becky’s Foundation (BECKFOUND) a registered Non-Governmental Organization (N.G.O) founded by Mr. Seth Asiedu and his wife Vivian on 25th April, 2012 at Senya Beraku in the Central Region of Ghana.
The home was built on God’s love for children and the disadvantaged by providing a safe nurturing home for orphaned and vulnerable in society.
Through on-site international and local volunteers visit and donations, the home now provides housing and support for forty (40) plus kids with basic necessities in life.
Our vision is to become a model home that attends to the needs of the needy and vulnerable in the community. Also to empower them to become useful citizens by gaining quality education.
Thanks be to Auntie Rebecca (Becky) a generous woman who sold her properties to assist us in setting up the foundation hence the name “Becky”. May the Good Lord richly bless her.
The previous home which was housing the kids ages 3-16 years really gave them a very bad condition because all the 40 plus kids sleeping on a bear floor until January 2014, when a group of volunteers fundraised to buy a big plot of land and also started the foundation work of a permanent home. With massive help from EXCEED U.K. the home is now completed and commissioned.
The Kids now have their own bedrooms separated by gender with clean beds, working toilets, a big kitchen, a sick bay, fun room, study room etc. This I believe we will protect them from getting malaria and typhoid.
In addition to help health improvement, the new home will improve emotional health, safety and create thriving living environment for this incredible community.

Donations that cannot be used for the project
Dear donors,
when managers of a project haven't requested a payout over the course of a longer period, the German law and our terms of use provide that we (gut.org gemeinnützige AG, operator of betterplace.org) use the money for our tax-deductible purposes. The same applies to the cancellation of a project, where the manager of the project is unable to realize it.
Therefore we will use these donations for the following purposes
Thanks for your support,
