About us
Active in (Bad) Fallingbostel and the surrounding area since 1930 - The DLRG Ortsgruppe Fallingbostel e.V.
Founded at the same time as the open-air swimming pool in Fallingbostel, we have developed over the decades into one of the largest clubs in the area.
The basis has always been swimming training. The first first-aid courses were soon held. As time went by, the local DLRG grew: an emergency group with many special forces was established. The young people elected their own youth committee and organised all kinds of events. And the competition group became the home for many water enthusiastic rescue sportsmen and women.
We are a broad-based association, deeply connected to the region. Our volunteer members always have one goal in mind: to save people from drowning!
