The Refugee Law Clinic offers pro bono legal service by law students for refugees under lawyer supervision
The term „law clinic“ originated in the american legal tradition and implies pro bono legal service by law students for people seeking advice. Based on this principle, the Refugee Law Clinic Hannover e.V. would like to offer pro bono legal services to refugees. We would like to help refugees and migrants on their journey through the German legal system which can often times be difficult. If necessary, we will also accompany them to the authorities. Especially questions regarding asylum require timely and competent answers. These answers will be worked out jointly by the consultans of the Refugee Law Clinic and experienced lawyers.
The Refugee Law Clinic Hannover e.V. is a newly-created, nonprofit association that offers advice to people regardless of gender, nationality, religion or ethnic affiliation.
