It's a Simple Plan to develop housing, education and Labor for the poor by putting togeather worker owned cooperatives, collective decision making and communal living in a progressive lateral environment that creates sustainable community three hundred people at a time with like individuals. Collectives are individualistic with regard to personal beliefs like vegan or non-vegan. A model for hopefully thousands of communities around the world. At a thousand dollars a person at average depending on area and collective interests.
