I am trying to develop a computer system facilitating freedom of userfriendly information and free discussion based on a questionnaire created by the public which they can use to gain more accurate representation.

I am gathering people's ideas and suggestions for improvements into a sensible census which can be used to replace the current irrelevant one.

I am trying to encourage progressional thinking and the use of experience-based knowledge combined with academic information so that we might gain the best insights into resource use.
