What’s it about

My Name is Patrick, a Kenyan journalist; I started a New Media Women project called Women eNews Kenya, the idea behind the project was to bridge the gender gap in the representation of women in news media (both print and election) in terms of their contribution to news source as well as in reporting news.
i started well updating my site daily with about 3 to 4 stories sourced from government owned Kenya News Agency, I however had to stop since I was not paying KNA to sort out women stories from hundreds of stories they get from across the country, am now seeking funding to allow me resume my relation with Kenya News Agency.
I share my stories in facebook and twitter, amazingly, a good number of Members of Parliament are following Women eNews Kenyaon twitter and facebook Join me Patrick Rose on Facebook and/or follow us on Twitter Women eNews Kenya

I have also been put on the spotlight by Internews Kenya see this link http://www.internewskenya.org/profile.php?id=6

Since i have managed to get the numbers to make the next big step, all i need at this point is an honest funding, i have an impressive daily page views while the subscribers base is growing by the day, all this in under two months

I would be happy if you can get a way to fund my project because as we speak, there is an attempt to commercialize the idea by business people in Nairobi who see me as unwilling to sell my idea to them.
