Hope Beyond Babies House

Hope Beyond Worldwide is aiming to raise $1200 which is proposed to house 16 children abandoned at Kawempe Police Station and have been given to the organisation for support of a home for these children. We thank Rich Giesel for donating $1000.00 towards the total $2200 If we can raise the rest $1200 we will give these children not only a place to sleep, play and live but also part of funds will be towards feeding the children for 3months , clothing and other basic needs

Lask week we just received a report and request of assistance from the Kawempe Division Council, reporting about the increasing number of children abandoned and suffering without a home to sleep in and food to eat, Some of these children were abandoned by their young mothers and others have lost them due to HIV/AIDs, accidents and other serious cases. Due to the fact that the rate of poverty has increased in the area many young people who were left with responsibility to take care of their children/young siblings are forced to abandon them.


The Probation Officers of Kawempe Police Station approached us for possible assistance for these innocent children. We have been there and seen the children, they really deserve a home as now no where to live other than at the Police Station.Our goal is to officialy launch the house on 15th May because the children aren't expected to be at the station for long.
