What’s it about
World change starts with educated children
From 14-25 May, 2011 I'm going to hike 200 km in the Spanish mountains. By doing so I want to raise funds for the construction of the preschool centre of NPH Guatemala.
I visited the home several times and I'm deeply impressed by the great work NPH is doing in the preschool. In Guatemala 50% of the children don't have access to preschool facilities.
The new preschool will accommodate both orphans and poor local children from the neighbouring villages.

Vom 14.-25. Mai 2011 werde ich 200 km durch die spanischen Berge wandern. Mit dieser Wanderung will ich Spenden sammeln für den Bau des neuen Kindergartenzentrums von NPH Guatemala.
Ich war mehrfach im Kinderdorf und bin tief beeindruckt von der fantastischen Arbeit, die im Montessori-Kindergarten geleistet wird. In Guatemala haben 50% der Kinder keinen Zugang zu Vorschuleinrichtungen. Der neue Montessori-Kindergarten ist sowohl für die Kinder aus dem Kinderdorf als auch für arme Kinder aus den umliegenden Dörfern.
