What’s it about

I’m in the fortunate position of having landed a job again so I’m not reliant on the severance package. Therefore, I’d like to donate a portion of it to some projects I would like to support.

I’d be happy if you joined me but totally get if that’s not possible for you at the moment or you’re otherwise not inclined to.

The 1,250€ goal is just a first milestone. I would be delighted if we were able to surpass it!

betterplace.org allows me to open this fundraising event without being too involved myself—betterplace handles the funds as well as individual donation receipts you can use for your tax returns next year. It’s straightforward and I trust them.

I’ll likely end the fundraising event end of April and then distribute funds to the selected projects.

I’ve distributed the donations this fundraising event received to the selected projects today. I’ll keep the event running for a bit longer though it doesn’t currently look like anything will happen, but who knows. :)
