Supporting Children with Cancer through the Berlin Marathon 2025

Você pode fazer parte da minha jornada para alcançar dois objetivos importantes em 2025: completar minha primeira maratona em Berlim e, ao mesmo tempo, ajudar crianças diagnosticadas com câncer e suas famílias.

Todos os anos, cerca de 150 crianças em Berlim e Brandemburgo ficam doentes com câncer ou outras doenças graves. Mesmo enfrentando o medo e os desafios financeiros e psicológicos enquanto continuam sua jornada de tratamento, ainda há muita esperança quando há pessoas dispostas a garantir que ninguém fique sozinho nesse momento.

E é exatamente isso que a Kinderhilfe tem se dedicado a fazer há mais de 40 anos. Precisamos unir forças e  apoiá-los com doações para ajudá-los a manter o instituto. Assim que os fundos necessários forem arrecadados, terei a alegria de correr pela Kinderhilfe na minha primeira maratona!

Correr é o meu ato de força, e é por isso que apoiar a causa da Kinderhilfe torna isso ainda mais especial. Que essa força seja compartilhada para ajudar cada vez mais crianças e suas famílias! Vou continuar treinando muito para fazer jus a essa causa, e para alcançar estes objetivos. Mas só conseguirei com a ajuda de vocês!

You can be part of my journey to achieve two important goals in 2025: to complete a marathon (one of the majors) in Berlin and, at the same time, to help child patients struggling with cancer and their families.

Every year, around 150 children in Berlin and Brandenburg fall ill with cancer or other serious illnesses. Even facing fear and the financial and psychological challenges while continuing their treatment journey, there is still so much hope when there are people willing to ensure that no one is left alone in this moment. 

And that’s exactly what Kinderhilfe is dedicated of doing for more than 40 years now. We need to join forces to support Kinderhilfe in maintaining It's mission to care for and support children with cancer and their families. 

Running is my act of strength, and that’s why supporting the Kinderhilfe's cause makes it even more special. May this strength be shared to help more and more children and their families! I will be training very hard to beat my last personal time, and to achieve this I will be doing my best, however I can't do it without your help. 

Please donate any contribution and join us in supporting the fight against kids cancer! We have until June, 2025, to achieve this goal. I promise to You that I will be ready for my first marathon, on September, 21th.
