What’s it about
Getreu dem Motto „Tabus brechen, Chancen schaffen“ unterstützen wir wichtige Aufklärungsmaßnahmen der Organisation WASH United, die Mädchen helfen, sicher und selbstbewusst mit ihrer Periode umzugehen, gesund zu bleiben und ihre Bildungschancen zu nutzen.

As #OneTeam, we want to make a difference at Viega this year: Together we are campaigning for menstrual health for girls and young women in India.
True to the motto "Breaking taboos, creating opportunities", we will be supporting important education measures by the organization WASH United, which help girls to deal with their periods safely and confidently, stay healthy and take advantage of educational opportunities.
(For all Viega colleagues donating from outside the European Union: As the donation platform is Germany-based, all donations have to be converted to euro. If you pick Paypal, this will probably be the easiest payment option.)

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle, die sich an unserer Spendenaktion für Menstruationsgesundheit in Indien beteiligt haben! Gemeinsam haben wir über 2.000 € gesammelt – eine Summe, die Großes bewirkt: Über 9.000 Mädchen und junge Frauen erhalten dadurch lebensverändernde Aufklärung und Unterstützung.
Dank eurer Spenden wird das Projekt, das ebenfalls von der Viega Foundation gefördert wird, noch umfangreicher und wirkungsvoller. Der Startschuss fällt im März, und wir halten euch natürlich auf dem Laufenden, wie es vorangeht.
Ihr habt mit eurem Beitrag wirklich etwas bewegt – danke für euer Engagement!

A big thank you to everyone who took part in our fundraising campaign for menstrual health in India! Together, we raised over €2,000 - a sum that makes a big difference: Over 9,000 girls and young women will receive life-changing education and support as a result.
Thanks to your donations, the project, which is also supported by the Viega Foundation, will be even more extensive and effective. The project will be launched in March and we will of course keep you up to date on how it progresses.
