Dieses Jahr habe ich an meinem Geburtstag einen ganz besonderen Wunsch: Spenden statt Geschenke! Ich unterstütze zwei wichtige Projekte, die sowohl kurzfristig als auch langfristig helfen. Zum einen habe ich „Krebs bei Kindern – wir helfen, hilf mit!“ von der Initiative krebskranke Kinder München ausgewählt. Dieses Projekt leistet direkte, schnelle Hilfe für schwerkranke Kinder und ihre Familien hier vor Ort, in unserer Region, die dringend Unterstützung benötigen.

Zum anderen möchte ich das Nationale Centrum für Tumorerkrankungen (NCT) in Heidelberg unterstützen, das durch seine herausragende Forschung langfristig neue Therapien gegen Krebs entwickelt. Das NCT kombiniert innovative Forschung und Patientenversorgung, um langfristig bessere Heilungschancen für Krebspatienten zu schaffen.

Ihr könnt euch aussuchen, welches der beiden Projekte euch mehr anspricht – ob ihr kurzfristig den Kindern vor Ort helfen oder langfristig die Krebsforschung unterstützen möchtet. Jeder Beitrag – egal ob groß oder klein – macht einen Unterschied!

Warum ich dafür betterplace.org nutze? Das Spenden ist hier sicher und unkompliziert, und ich kann euch über die Fortschritte beider Projekte auf dem Laufenden halten. Natürlich bekommt ihr Anfang nächsten Jahres eine Spendenbescheinigung für die Steuer.

This year, I have a special birthday wish: donations instead of gifts! I am supporting two important projects that make a difference both in the short term and long term. The first is ‘Childhood Cancer – We Help, Join Us!’ from the Initiative for Children with Cancer in Munich. This project provides direct, immediate assistance to seriously ill children and their families here in our local area, who urgently need support.

The second project is the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) in Heidelberg, which is dedicated to cutting-edge research aimed at developing new long-term cancer treatments. The NCT combines innovative research with patient care to improve the future chances of curing cancer.

You can choose which of the two projects resonates with you more – whether you want to provide immediate help to local children or support long-term cancer research. Every contribution – no matter how big or small – makes a difference!

Cette année, j'ai un souhait particulier pour mon anniversaire : des dons au lieu de cadeaux ! Je soutiens deux projets importants qui font une différence à court et à long terme. Le premier est ‘Le cancer chez les enfants – Nous aidons, aidez-nous !’ de l'Initiative pour les enfants atteints de cancer à Munich. Ce projet fournit une aide directe et immédiate aux enfants gravement malades et à leurs familles, ici, dans notre région, qui ont un besoin urgent de soutien.

Le second projet est le Centre National des Maladies Tumorales (NCT) à Heidelberg, qui est engagé dans des recherches de pointe pour développer de nouveaux traitements contre le cancer à long terme. Le NCT combine recherche innovante et soins aux patients pour améliorer les chances futures de guérison du cancer.
