Startups Unite Fundraising Event

Around the world, people are suffering the unimaginable consequences of war and armed conflict. From Europe to the Middle East and beyond, terror group and state-supported violence against civilians is wreaking havoc on the most vulnerable members of society.

Important Note: Free registration for the even on EventBrite, we recommend a minimum donation of 35€ or whatever you can give of course. 

This fundraiser stems from our collective pain and outrage at witnessing the horrors of these conflicts, both near and far. And in the face of rising death tolls in places like Gaza, we believe we cannot remain silent. It is time to act, to raise our voices, to call for peace, and to help those who need it most. All proceeds from this event will go directly to Doctors Without Borders, Save the Children, and Amnesty International, organizations that are on the frontlines providing essential care, education, and hope to those affected by war and conflict.

The aim of this event is primarily to support victims of the Gaza-Israel conflict. However, these charities also provide crucial aid and support to victims of other conflicts around the world. While we will be supporting these charities, no formal sponsorship cooperation exists between them and Startups Unite. Innocent lives deserve safety, dignity, and a future free from violence. With your support, we can make a real difference.

Why We’re Fundraising: The images and news stories of children and their families facing destruction, displacement, and trauma in Gaza have inspired us to take action. We believe the international community must do more, and through this fundraiser, we aim to support those on the frontlines of relief and recovery efforts. As we also witness the ongoing devastation in conflict zones - whether in Gaza, Israel, Lebanon, Ukraine, Syria, and Sudan, or other regions of the world - we are moved to stand up against the violence and raise awareness. We call for a ceasefire now. 

Event Highlights: Keynotes and Panel Discussion: Representatives from Doctors Without Borders, Save the Children, Amnesty International will share their on-the-ground experiences and the critical work they are doing to support people affected by war and violence. Moving Musical Performances by local artists dedicated to peace. Inspiring Speakers sharing insights and frontline knowledge. Opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals and changemakers. Delicious food and drinks catered by the local companies 65 Grad Berlin, Salut Berlin Catering, Weinhandel Tosun at the "wine cellar" event venue provided by Engelnest Coworking.
