This year, I have the honor of assisting i-MED Vision with their pioneering project, the first 'Mobile Health Center.' i-MED's mission is to enhance children's health and reduce mental health issues in South Africa by providing health education, medical training, and advice to the people. Under this year's i-MED runners team motto 'Let's Move It Together,' we aim to extend our support to more people in rural townships in the Overberg region near Cape Town. To contribute to i-MED's mission, I will be running the Berlin Marathon in September 2024. Those who know me are aware of my passion for combining running and triathlons with helping others. Together, let's support the kids in South Africa. Every $1 makes a difference. In line with this goal, I will run 1km for every $1 donated. I will keep everyone updated on our progress via social media platforms like Instagram and Strava.
