Dear colleagues.

another challenging year is coming to an end.
The pandemic was still a major factor in all our lives in parts of the year. Additionally we have a big war within Europe causing refugee movement, energy crisis and inflation.

In our job on the one hand we were still limited in meeting each other, collaborate together in office, do coworking with the colleagues on other locations, etc.
On the other hand we had exciting topics, new learnings, some tough times here and there, lot of success stories, fun: new colleagues joining, Year of Quality, first migration to STACKIT within our products, SITCON, knowledge sharing, team events, meetings onsite again just to name a few things.

Having this all in mind, we want to say a big THANK YOU to all of you!

Thank you all for your dedication, commitment and performance in 2022.
Together and individually we/you achieved a lot in that year and moved our business and ourselves forward.

"Be the change together" would be the motto for our last activity towards the end of the year. It was a challenging year for all of us, but with our own happiness in mind, we would all like to remind ourselves that not everyone around us is as well off as we are. Therefore, we would like to encourage you to join us in supporting local initiatives in Heilbronn and India area with our Christmas donation.
We as leads will get involved ourselves and look forward to further support from you. Together we are strong and can make a difference.
