What’s it about

On the one hand our options for support are limited, on the other hand we want to do whatever we can to support the people in Ukraine.

This is why: HELM initially donates 30.000€ to the UN refugee aid in Ukraine.

We know that many of you would like to contribute as well - which makes us very happy and which we definitely want to support: therefore we decided to give you a possibility to donate together with HELM as well - and we will double every Euro you donate.

So we would like to encourage you, if it is possible for you, to join in!

Important remarks:

International donations are very welcome – simply use your credit card to donate. The amount is donated in Euro.

The website is provided to you together with betterplace.org, which is a nonprofit organization, helping to raise money for a good cause. This is why there is also the option to leave a “tip” for better place. If you don´t want to do this, just set the amount in this field to a zero.

You will be provided a donation receipt by betterplace.org for your donation to our cause. This is only done for German tax purposes.

100.000€ raised

HELM posted this update on March 17, 2022.

Thanks to every single donation, together we have managed to raise 35,000 euros - great. As promised, this sum will be doubled to 70,000 euros and extended by the initial sum of 30,000 euros.

This means: We have donated 100,000 Euros to "Ukraine Emergency - UN Refugee Aid" and promise that every Euro will arrive where it is needed - in Ukraine.

As the war unfortunately continues, we have decided to keep the donation account open. You therefore still have the opportunity to continue donating.
