Dear colleagues.

another challenging year is coming to an end.
The pandemic is still a major factor in all our lives and we all probably had different hopes and plans for 2021 when the year started. Again private activities, family celebrations, travels, etc. had to be rescheduled, cancelled or kept on different way than planned.

In our job on the one hand we were still limited in meeting each other, collaborate together in office, do coworking with the colleagues on other locations, etc.
On the other hand we had exciting topics, new learnings, some tough times here and there, lot of success stories, fun: Reorganisation of our division, Mindshift migrations, K-Card launch, B-App backend modernization, twogo relaunch, knowledge sharing, virtual coffee breaks, new colleagues joining just to name a few things.

Having this all in mind, we want to say a big THANK YOU to all of you!

Thank you all for your dedication, commitment and performance in 2021.
Together and individually we/you achieved a lot in a challenging year and moved our business and ourselves forward.

Together would be the motto for our last activity towards the end of the year. It was a challenging year for all of us, but with our own happiness in mind, we would all like to remind ourselves that not everyone around us is as well off as we are. Therefore, we would like to encourage you to join us in supporting local initiatives with our Christmas charity.
We as leads will get involved ourselves and look forward to further support from you. Together we are strong and can make a difference.
