betterplace.org forwards 100% of all donations.That's why I would be very grateful if you donate to the project I chose. Some of you know that Markus and I have a strong bond to Laos and travelled this unique country several time. Time to give something back.....
So be my sponsor for my first Ironman in Roth and donate if you have some Euros, Dollars, British Pounds left. Buy some of the kilometers I will make - in total 226 km = 3.8 km swim, 180 km cycling, 42 km running – it's cheap only 1 €, $ or GBP etc. per km :) .
If I raise more than 226 € - I will keep on running :) - promised.
