Scrum but umgezogen!

We do Scrum, but I'm always late to the Standups (and other meetings)! This should never happen, but there are many reasons why you will always be delayed: Fetch some coffee before the standup starts, smoke some cigarettes, trapped in complex programming problems, etc. So far, there is the good tradition that team members, who are late, have to pay. But instead of letting this money disappear in your coffee kitty, you can spend money here for projects that help people to learn something. We do Scrum here at betteplace and will spend money, if anyone is late. By now, it makes sense to be always late to the Standups ;) P.S.: Who will miss his sprint goal, can also give money to this team!
