KCDA relevant is in the facts that, its activities aims to address the needs of the community in alleviating poverty in South Sudan. To be specific South Sudanese communities suffered from 1983 to 2004 this includes women, children were kept in rural setting without education, no medication and other basic social benefits. The same situation happened from 2016 to date people of South Sudanese are on run others are in the refugee camps of Congo and Uganda but majority are scatted in the busy of the South Sudan. KCDA is a sole initiative of the people it is essential for the people of the locality to build hope and knowledge of sustaining life and more so promote access to development activities. KCDA want to cover the gape by bring activities that will help the uneducated to benefit from the skill development programs of the association. It is as well an answer of health benefits and empowerment of local people through having access to knowledge skills which in turn will make the population productive and self-reliant it further reduces Gender based violence again our innocent girl child.
The Association’s projects addresses the issues of sustainable development goals in general including promotion of primary healthcare system in South Sudan. B.2. Problems statement of the project
The wars of South Sudan kept the people in the villages without access to education, clean water, peace and unity and stability in their village. The population born between 1985 and 2013 knows no peace only war and refugee life in the Camps of the neighboring countries. Lack of skill development activities to the population who are now parents of the un-educated children. Gender based violence against our innocent girls child is the order of the day. In summer people of South Sudan suffered from lack of development no roads network, health center and school without teachers etc… Women are the most sufferers as they have to care for the livelihood of the household since all men are taken as soldiers or run away for their lives since they are the target. The entire community suffers due to lack of education, livelihood trainings, lack of information and other issues.

While designing the association we planned for the coming 20 years and formulate the estimation according to the projected population after 20 years. The community members preferably the youths of the village are encouraged to go for intensive training and skilled development trainings on teaching, operation and maintenance of machine so that it will be maintained and managed by them in future. The community is also mobilized to maintain the membership contributions as source of income also plant trees for sustainability. In this project also we shall have:
1. Trained Human Resources at the community level to maintain the Association.
2. Water User committees shall be there to manage the association.
3. Membership fees collected and a fund is created to manage the association.
4. Adequate water conservation and environment protection measures taken at the community level to sustain the flow of water from the source.
D. EXPERTISE AND OPERATIONAL CAPACITY
D.1. The founders
KCDA was founded by group graduates who acquired numerous experience in working with INGOs, NGOs and other government institutions. The development minded South Sudanese nationals encouraged themselves to start their own National NGOs to strengthen the national capacities and create jobs for themselves and other South Sudanese. They considered KCDA to be of great importance for the coming years as the Republic of South Sudan (ROSS) aims recover from the senseless fights which send thousands to refugee, other internationally displaced and many are killed. This is a better example to other intellectuals to come together and build national capacity at different levels to avoid dependency on International NGOs. KCDA will always strive at working closely with concerned line ministries in project locations and at the head office level.
D.2.Governing body
KCDA works in the context of Good Governance with a General Assembly and founders acting as a Supervisory Board and a Senior Management Team, in which the team of directors functions as an Executive Board (Board of Directors). The Senior Management Team is responsible for running the business of KCDA. The Senior Management team consist of Executive Director, Program Manager, Finance Manager, Human Resource Manager and Operations Manager. The Supervisory Board supervises the quality of the board to fulfil the mission and vision of KCDA. In this context the Supervisory Board functions as an employer of the Directors. The Supervisory Board also acts as sounding board/advisor for the entire Management Team and for each board member separately.
D.3. Justification for the project
A strong understanding of the requirements and needs is a vital component of any Comprehensive project. The association founders and the entire management has use the reports in order to identify where there is the direst need, where the gaps are in current initiatives and what is required to fill these gaps. The beneficiaries know very well about the burden and the dare need as we are expecting the return of the refugees. KCDA is the answer to the devastating impact on family welfare, challenging a toll on girl child school attendance and the health of the entire community.
D.4. Monitoring and evaluation plan
Monitoring each of the interventions will be considered as separate projects in every 6 months of the project implementation. The Project will have common actions related to training, the interventions will be monitored separately based on the scope of each project and their respective implementation schedules. The association, through technical support from the government specialist(s) assigned to assist the project(s) will oversee the different stages of implementation and reporting. Evaluation according to the nature of the entire project, which comprises several separate interventions implemented, the possible project evaluation would be undertaken through project monitoring at each step of completion. At the end of the project, the association, County and the state government will conduct a technical and financial review in the aim of establishing a record of lessons learned, specifically concerning the massive water treatments made through reverse which could provide a model for project replication.
