Together against plastic waste in our waters!

Every day approximately 8 million pieces of plastic pollution find their way into our oceans. Plastic takes up to 1,000 years to decomposte - so what is gonna happen to our waters, if nobody cleans them up? Unfortunately, we as ECON haven't had the opportunity yet to join the annual RhineCleanUp day yet (on our agenda). Therefore we would like to support them financially this year, so that they great initiative can sustain and grow. Only in 2020, they have collected more than 320 tons of waste from the Rhein. Join us now in supporting the RheinCleanUp. Every contribution counts, especially because ECON will double the amount up to 1.000€ - many thanks in advance!

Together, we are committed to clean waters - to this end, we organize monthly cleanups on the banks of the Rhine in Düsseldorf and invite everyone to get involved. To ensure that leftover waste in particular does not get from the bank into the Rhine and the oceans, we clean up together. Together with students, pupils, pensioners, children and whole families, we set things in motion! Not only have we already salvaged over 4,000 kg of waste, we also want to encourage a change in thinking - among participants and observing passers-by. For our cleanups and the important public relations work we need not only equipment for our helpers, but also marketing material such as banners, flags, team shirts, exhibition stand equipment or brochures.
