What’s it about
Maswa is a little orphaned elephant who was abandoned in a waterhole in a wilderness area near the Serengeti. She was rescued by rangers, and brought to Kilimanjaro Animal CREW where Elisabeth, Lazlo and the team nursed her back to health and look after her with all their love and care.
Raising little elephants is a costly business, and we want to do all that we can to make sure Maswa has everything she needs to grow, flourish and be rehabilitated into the wild. As she's only a few months old, she'll be a member of the Kilimanjaro CREW family for quite a few years to come - and it costs around $25,000 annually to take care of her.
We've been touched beyond measure by the support of some truly wonderful, generous donors and are so appreciative of any amount you might feel moved to give... even small change makes big change, and Maswa and her Kilimanjaro CREW family are deeply grateful for your help.
