We proposed home base care and the important role to play mainly it because when community members provide care to their family members, neighbors and colleagues; they not only increase access to better health care but also become actively involved in prevention activities. The main objective of this is to trained community health workers (caregivers) which will provide education, information and advice to individuals or groups whose lifestyle behaviors and practices may put them at risk of contracting HIV/AIDS
