Let's do something that matters for a change!

Martha is one of our scholarship holders and on her way to become a professional nurse. Grown up on the countryside, in a family living of subsistence agriculture, she learned early on that education could be her way out of poverty. A nursing degree would not only give her a stable income to support her family but would enable her to give back to her community.

Martha is an excellent student, with an average of 98/100 last semester, and a committed young woman, volunteering with local health services in her free time. The scholarship enables her to pursue her studies to soon hold a degree that as good as guarantees a job, even in the economically struggling Nicaragua.

With ~110 Euros per months, the scholarship covers matriculation fees, education material and transport costs and includes a monthly allowance for food.

Chip in and help ensure that Martha can finish her career. Getting a qualified job, she can lift not only herself but all of her family out of poverty!
