What’s it about
My very easy plan for my birthday is to donate 1000 EUR to Save The Children.
Why Save The Children? All NGO use only a % of the money they receive to actually help those in need, while they use the rest for many other reasons (advertising, salaries, rent of their offices, etc.). Save The Children is the NGO with the highest % of money actually devolved to charity. Plus they focus on helping children in need.
Why 1000 EUR? Simply because I'm trying to do something meaningful. Every help is really welcome and I'm not asking you to put all the money. I'll be happy to put the rest on April 6.
Why am I using this platform to collect the money? Because this is the easiest way I could find among the free ones. Yes Leetchi is better, but I don't feel like paying a fee when we're trying to donate money.
