What’s it about
Hello,
I need your support and will go cycling to that!
To collect donations for two great organizations, Concept for Change and Street Child, I signed up for the West Africa Cycle Challenge in May / June 2019! In 5 days I will cycle about 300 kilometers through Sierra Leone in Africa. But that's not all! As a preparation, I will train for at least 50 days and ride at least 2,000km!

Training Results for January 2019

Hi Everyone!
My Training has started with a few rides and short distances, but I increase week by week to get in shape! In January I managed to train on 7 days, with a total 134km in 6 hours and 26 minutes! Not bad for a start, right!
