What’s it about
Als Team Jääkarhut (estnisch und finnisch die Eisbären) möchten wir helfen, dass schwerkranke Menschen ohne Aussicht auf Heilung ganzheitlich betreut, schmerzfrei und würdevoll ihre letzten Tage erleben dürfen. Deshalb treten wir beim Baltic Sea Circle im Winter 2019 an und hoffen auf zahlreiche Spenden für Palliativ-Care.
