Hallo liebe Besucher,
Am 1.9.2018 werde ich beim Ironman 70.3 World Championship South Africa starten und bei 1,9 km Schwimmen, 90 km Radeln und einem Halbmarathon alles geben. Nach einem Half Iron Man und Roth (Langdistanz-Triathlon) wird dieser Event das Finale meiner Triathlonsaison sein.
Ich bin mir sehr bewusst, dass Gesundheit, Ausdauer und Kraft ein Geschenk sind, dass gefeiert und geschätzt werden sollte. Deshalb möchte ich diesen Event zum Anlass nehmen und auf die DKMS (Deutsche Knochenmarkspenderdatei) aufmerksam machen.
Blutkrebs kann jeden treffen - überall auf der Welt!
Alle 15 Minuten erhält ein Mensch in Deutschland die niederschmetternde Diagnose Blutkrebs . Viele Patienten sind Kinder und Jugendliche, deren einzige Chance auf Heilung eine Stammzellspende ist. Doch jeder zehnte Patient findet keinen Spender.
Bitte hilft mir die DKMS bei Ihrer Arbeit gegen Blutkrebs zu unterstützen und spendet Geld oder werdet zum Stammzellenspender. Es ist so einfach!

Dear visitors,
I will be competing in the Ironman 70.3 World Championship South Africa on the 1.9.2018. I will give my best during the 1.9km swim, 90km cycle and while running a half marathon. This event will be the final of my triathlon season after completed a half iron man and Roth (long distance triathlon).
I am fully aware that being healthy, having the required endurance and power are a gift to be celebrated and appreciated. Therefore, I want to take the event as an opportunity and make aware of DKMS (German Bone Marrow Donor Agency).
Blood Cancer can hit everyone - all over the world!
Every 15 minutes, somebody in Germany receives the shattering news that they have been diagnosed with blood cancer. Many patients are children and young people whose only chance of recovery is a stem cell donation. However, one in ten patients does not find a donor.
Please help me to support DKMS in deleting blood cancer by making a donation and becoming a stem cell donor. It is so easy!
